Jasmine’s Story
Raindrops and Tears
This follows on from Tony’s story, Breaking Free, although you should be able to understand the story without reading that first. I’ve updated parts one and two and retaken most of the screenshots, because let’s face it, they were crap. Jasmine will get a happy ending - eventually - because I’m not that cruel 
Currently there are plans for a chapter 6 and 7, then maybe a short epilogue of what-happened-after.

Oh, I LIKE it!
I seem to remember reading it back at the BAD, BAD site, but then again, it seems like a different story altogether.
I’m quite positive there’s parts I remember, but other parts… did you change things?
Anyway, I really, really like it.
Do tell me when part three is up, OK?

I have made a few minor changes to part one. The main differences are the spiffy quote at the beginning, and I added the funeral scene in later as I didn’t have Nightlife at the time. Other than that there are only a few verbal modifications: I just changed the wording of a few sentences. I’m glad you like it Leah. I’ve started part three, but I’m currently also writing part two of Lana’s story as well, so it might be about 3-4 weeks before the next chapter of Jasmine’s story is ready for upload.

Ok phew. I was almost ready to faint or something. ^_~
I liked chapter 4 because it really made me worry about Jasmine, yet it was still fast paced. I really zoofed through it. Grrrrr, that TINA! I wish Jasmine would have strangled her on page 7!! Grrrr!
Poor Melissa. I can’t imagine what’s going through her mind. I wish she’d offer more support to Jasmine though. Mmmm… I guess she’s got more than enough on her mind already. Hopefully we’ll see next chapter what was going on with her…
Looks like Jasmine is going down the same old path again. Only Ash can make it better… and fortunately he does!! I just hope it’s not a dream/hallucination!!

Things will work out okay in the end, but what will she have to go through before that? There are two more chapters to go, and maybe an epilogue. I’m working on part five at the moment. Thanks again for enjoying

Nope, THREE more chapters (see the blog entry)!!! I’m currently reshooting and (rewriting big chunks of) part two but it’s taking me AGES! I’ve not had a chance to read any simmie stories lately, I’m so busy trying to finish my own, but I’ll try to get round to reading the rest of Cutie once my own are out of the way.

Just finished with Jasmine’s story part 1. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I adore your writing style. Wry humor but poignant. I think there is something in it that everyone can relate to.

Just finished 2, 3, and 4. And I will tell you I wept. Again, I truly enjoy your writing style. The dialogue is very real, the snaps are well setup and mirror the story perfectly.
I am crossing my fingers that she is fine and that Ash will regain his memory. Tina what a piece of work…

Yes, Jasmine’s story is certainly the most demanding out of all the stories I’ve written, and at times I debated whether I should include the darker parts of chapter 4, which were very hard to write, but you know how stories just go off and write themselves without consulting you first! Anyway thank you again for reading, it’s really brightened up my day

I like what you did to chapter 2, even if you felt like poking your eyes at the end of it. I really enjoyed reading it all over again, and laughed my butt off when Ash made that computer joke… again! I think it may even have been funnier the second time round. Who knows, I might die laughing if I read it a third time. ^_^
What can I say? Well done! I can’t really 100% compare the previous version and the new one since it’s been a while since I read it, but it feels like it’s better. I think there’s better flow and some of the shots are more enticing than before. I think.
Anyway, keep it up! I’m waiting patiently for chapter 5. At least, I’m patient at the moment. Don’t drag it out too long or I might start throwing my boyfriend’s CDs in the bin or something. ^_~

I LOVED chapter 5! I can’t help wondering what is going on with Tina. I don’t think all is as it seems with her. Don’t think she has the world on a string like people think.
Jasmine still has her quirky wit…one of the things I love about her…and is surrounded by people who love her. I hope she sees that soon. It isn’t easy losing someone you love and having to try and live a normal life. It isn’t normal…won’t be for a very long time.

Can’t hardly wait for chapter 6, I hope it wont take that long, Poor Jasmine she has suffered a lot… i want to kill that Tina, and of course give Ash more than a couple slaps!!

LOL Thank you so much for your comments! Part 5 as it is now was actually only meant to be the first half, but if I added the rest of the chapter to that part it would have come out even longer than part 2! So I decided to cut it short there and create a new chapter for the rest. I will say one thing: one more bad thing is going to happen in part 6, but after that she will get a happy ending. If I made her suffer any more it would get a bit ridiculous I think LOL

I’ve just finished reading part 1 of this story, and I think that it is wonderful. I know exactly those depressing moments that she had been going through, cos I’ve been there too, and I know how it feels to have the feeling that there is no point in living. But everyone deserves a new start, and I hope that in the next chapters things will turn out fine.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! How can you end it there?!
Ok, so you ended it at a deviously climatic point - like the do in soaps and whatnot - to keep us sitting on the point of our chair, shouting - no, screaming - for more. And I do want more. Like, now!
What I liked the most about this chapter is that Jasmine is finally realising how much people care about her. And the psychologist is helping her understand her inner motives. If you don’t understand why you act a certain way, you can’t change anything. It doesn’t matter if Emma is right or wrong that it was Liam’s death that caused her all this pain, as long as Jasmine understands that she is pushing away those she loves the most. Now she has a choice.
I’m just glad she’s not pushing me away, because I think I love her muchos. Hahaha. ^_^
Tina - I just don’t get her. It seems like she’s trying to be nice, but on the other hand she’s so nasty too. What’s up with her? I am looking forward to finding out “the truth”. And the happy ending for Jasmine, of course. But that’s still a while away.

I’ve just finished reading the second chapter - poor Jasmine, just when she was finding a little hapiness, things had to go wrong again!
This story has certainly triggered my interest, and I’m going to start Chapter 3 now. Well done silver!
