This is a simple alpha edit of the Maxis messy hair. Pretty much the same as the default, just a shorter fringe. Teen and adult, binned.

Skintones
Okay, technically this isn’t a skintone, it’s just a face mask. Apply this mask to your adult male sims to make them look like young adults. It’s not so obvious in the screenshot, but try it out in BodyShop and you’ll see it does make a difference. Maxis skintones - all 4. You don’t need this for females, because adults and teens use the same tone. Base game compatible and compressed to take up less file space.
