Out to Lunch

I’ve decided – I am not going to bother finishing Twilight Princess. As I said before, action games are not really to my taste, and anyway – I can haz new game!!! The game I am playing right now is called Faia Emburemu – Radiant Dawn. It’s full of yummies!!

But seriously, it combines two of my favourite game genres ie RPG and strategy (my other fave is platformers – Commander Keen and Kid Icarus baby!). I’m playing on easy level since I’ve not played any previous titles, and I’m not doing too badly. I’m playing Ike’s mercenaries at the moment (IKE!! Oscar!! Geoffrey! And all the other yummies! ). I’ve already killed Ike’s sister twice. When do I get to go back to Daein?? I miss my sweeties ie Eddi and Reonarudo. They’re soooooooo cute I can’t stand it!!

Stop drooling, Silver, stop drooling.

What I am saying is, it’s an awesome game.

The only thing that’s spoiling it is something I read on a character profiles site, ie that Micaiah is going to marry Sothe who PS is her adopted brother. That’s just… wrong.

Moving swiftly on, a friend recommended watching Naruto. Well technically, I asked her about it because I keep hearing that name and just wondered if it was any good. I’ve been watching it anyway and was kinda expecting silly fluffy tween rubbish, but I have to say, I think it does deserve the hype. It is utterly funny and very interesting.

We haven’t got that far, we’re only up to episode 11 (or is it 12). What annoyed me slightly though, was that episodes 6, 7 and 8 could easily have been condensed into one episode, really they dragged it out sooooo long and kept repeating the same scenes over and over. But other than that – squee!! Kakashi sensei!!!!!!! He is pure win and such awesomeness how can you stand it!?!

Moving swiftly on again, I can haz moar art lessons! I think I’m getting better, it’s hard to tell, but certainly I feel more confident in my fledgeling ability. Whajja think of these?

I’ll be honest – these were just random doodles, I didn’t have a reference pic in front of me – I wasn’t actually planning on drawing anyone from Naruto, it just kinda came about by itself. I am not a rabid Naruto fangirl. Yet.

My regular readers (Sid and Doris Bonkers) will remember I wondered what would happen when my free trial of SAI ran out? Well I now have the answer.
